Anthony Bourdain would’ve been 65 today. There are many things I could quote, but I love the sentiment in this snippet from a letter he sent to fellow chef David Chang:

Be a fool.

For love.

For yourself.

What you think MIGHT possibly make you happy. Even for a little while.

Whatever the cost or good sense might dictate.

I need this reminder periodically.
